LEWA WILDLIFE CONSERVANCY
An award-winning model for community conservation.
Spanning 93,000 acres of protected wilderness in northern Kenya, the expanded Lewa-Borana Landscape is home to 13% of Kenya's rhinos and also holds the world’s single largest resident population of the endangered Grevy's zebra. Over 70 other mammal species including elephants, lions, giraffes, leopards, cheetahs and buffalo also thrive on the conservancy.
